AEGIS Yacht & Villa Services specialise in professional guardianage, maintenance and management of luxury yachts and exclusive villas. We understand that both of these assets are very important to you and require on-going care and attention to maintain them in pristine condition and ready for your use at all times throughout the year.​

Our goal is to take the worry and stress out of owning and enjoying your yacht or villa and to provide you with peace of mind while you are not in residence. We want you to know that your yacht or home is in safe hands and been well taken care of.

Experienced and detail orientated work force. Our crew are experienced in working to the highest standards expected by owners of luxury yachts and exclusive properties. They have a focus on discretion and client satisfaction. We always work to budgets and timelines.

Single point of contact. You will only deal with the Managing Director as he is always familiar what is going, what stage projects are at and expected completion dates. This ensures clear and unambiguous communication.​​​

Bespoke Service. We offer a bespoke service to suit every client’s individual needs, timelines and budget.​​​

Locally Based. All our crew are Mallorca based and very familiar with all aspects of Mallorca life.

24 hour Service. We are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week to take care of you, your assets and any other specific requirements you may have.​
